 High level of digital literacy and IT skills

  1.  Experience in creating engaging and impactful social media content shaped by insight (video, images, blog posts, storytelling, live video)
  2. Strong community management experience across all major social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  3.  Experience in using social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite or Falcon
  4.  Strong writing skills and the ability to take complex information (eg. research, health information, policy) and turn it into accessible communications for the wider public
  5. A solid understanding of the social media landscape, emerging channels and trends

Job Description
  1. Support the Social Media Manager and wider teams to deliver Versus Arthritis’ social media strategy
  2. Monitor and maintain the cross-team digital communications planner and lead weekly planning and insight meetings
  3. Contribute to the ongoing measurement and evaluation of our social media activity and work on new ways to demonstrate impact
  4. Deliver internal communications to activate our staff and volunteers to amplify our social media activity
  5. Work with the Social Media Manager to keep social media policy, procedures and guidelines up to date and ensure they are communicated effectively
