1. Successful completion of secondary level qualification.
2.  Prior 6 months to 1 year of experience working as a battery repair technician is highly preferred.
3.  Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
4.  Must have basic technical knowledge regarding Inverter and Batteries and basic computer skills
5.  Negotiation skills
6.  Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

1. Process Warranty Claims submitted by our customers as per our warranty policy,
2.  Answer questions regarding claims via phone and update it in the Job Card,
3.  Collect and deliver claim batteries on a daily basis,
4.  Communicate with customers regarding battery servicing, and present them the findings and any concerning results,
5.  Prepare daily battery check report and update the report logbook,
6.  Regularly test and charge batteries in stock to ensure they’re working properly,
7.  Maintenance of the battery stock starting from adjustment of battery to shifting of the battery in go down; reconciliation with accounts department regarding the same,
8.  Maintain a clean, safe working environment,
9.  Any other tasks as assigned.
