Qualifications and requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalents / Fresher can also apply
 At least 2 years of experience in construction consumable products (i.e. Cable, PBC Pipes,
equipment accessories, construction chemicals e.g. Sika) should be given more priority.

Job Description

The position of Sales Executive consists of directing the actual distribution or
movement of product or service to the distribution network, coordinating sales distribution by
establishing territories, quotas and goals.
 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in
the industry;
 Maintains relationships with clients (i.e. Distributers and retailers) by providing support,
information, and guidance; recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and
new upcoming schemes of the company.
 Confer or consult with department heads to plan sales forecast and to secure the target.
 Determine price schedules and discount rates;
 Oversee competitor’s sales executives and their staffs market penetrating styles for
competitive advantage gain.
 Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Should be able to move across the nation.
 Should be able to analyse and prepare stock level maintained by its distributer and
network as well as correlation with receivables.
