Job Description
JOB Description:
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing parties and their credit information, from accounts department
- Dealing/negotiating with the parties and handling their enquiries
- Keeping an update on debt to be collected and proceeding for the collection of the same
- Handling the parties according to the situation and their payment deadline
- Handling and working on legal issues (police case and court case) when required
- Issuing Delivery Orders for Sales team, reviewing parties credit information
- Ensuring proper coordination with all departments and providing assistance as and when required
- Preparing and providing timely reports to the management, on the tasks done
- Performing daily administrative tasks as per instructions provided
