  1. Master's degree with specialization in Human Resource Management form reputed institution.
  2.  Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field
  3. Proven working experience in the relevant field.
  4.  Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  5.  In-depth knowledge of existing labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  6.  Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
  7. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  8.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9.  Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  10.  Strong ethics and reliability.
  11.  Must possess own vehicle with valid driving license.

Job Description
  1. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  2.  Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  3.  Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  4.  Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  5.  Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  6.  Develop training and development programs
  7.  Assist in performance management processes
  8.  Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  9.  Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  10.  Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
