REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Management,
- Minimum Two years of experience in Customer service Representative.
- Must have knowledge of PCR and LCV tire and its pattern.
- Should have Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills.
- Great active listening skills.
- Must be patience, responsible, attentive and show empathy
- Should possess time management skills.
- Should have positive attitude regarding change.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, quickly and efficiently and
ensure conversion of queries to sales where possible.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring
that clients feel supported and valued.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow-up with customers for feedback, analyses the review for future planning and
recording of the same in prescribed format.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Monitor online conversations, comments / reactions and respond accordingly,
- Maintain customer lead status report in the prescribed format,
- Record customer issues and complaints via tickets,
- Prioritize customer suggestions and complaints and address them at early stage,
- Resolve and troubleshoot any technical issues,
- Provide proactive customer outreach,
- Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
