Job Description

Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, quickly and efficiently and
ensure conversion of queries to sales where possible.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring
that clients feel supported and valued.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow-up with customers for feedback, analyses the review for future planning and
recording of the same in prescribed format.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Monitor online conversations, comments / reactions and respond accordingly,
- Maintain customer lead status report in the prescribed format,
- Record customer issues and complaints via tickets,
- Prioritize customer suggestions and complaints and address them at early stage,
- Resolve and troubleshoot any technical issues,
- Provide proactive customer outreach,
- Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
