JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all telephone calls
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing emails of the office
  • Handle all the visitors (After you move to office)
  • Assist the Accountant and Manager in day to day activities
  • Maintain a register of resource persons
  • Support in the day to day administration of the office
  • Maintain daily reports and submit to the management
  • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
