Job Description
  • Assist the Executives Director of the group
  •  Arrange and participate in meetings and conferences
  •  Preparation of meeting minutes and proper documentation of the same
  •  Priorities and manage multiple works simultaneously & follow through issues in timely manner
  •  Plan, Organize and manage events
  • Responsible for systematic and proper filing of official documents
  •  Will be exposed to a professional set up and to be in direct contact with different business heads of the group
  •  Coordinating with dept. heads for the execution of monthly assessments reports of all the office employees and submitting it to Executive Director
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings/appointments in Gmail calendar
  • Sending the regret letters/ congratulation/greetings & invitation cards on any other heading to required person/ office
  •  Filing/ updating/maintaining the received greeting cards for records and also updating invitation cards list
  •  Responsible for overall travel arrangements of Executive Director
  •  Responsible for keeping letter heads safe and confidential
  •  Ensuring the proper hospitality arrangements for the Executive Director’s guests and clients
  •  Preparing complete format for office cleaning and maintenance. Also ensuring the supervision, follow ups and supervising support staffs in their work and evaluating their performance
  •  Ensuring a systematic filing and record keeping of official documents
  •  Preparing monthly self assessment report and submit it to Executive Director
  •  Maintaining inventories of the office stock items related with office equipments, to check its expiry date and maintaining stocks
