Job Description
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos
  • Support and facilitate the completion of reports
  • Create and maintain filing and other office systems
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain appointment schedule
  • Follow organisation’s governance calendar and organise meeting accordingly
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Draft agenda, minutes of meeting, coordinate with the entire department and follow up on action
  • points from the meetings
  • Make necessary arrangement for welcoming the VIP guests
  • Manage emails accounts and communicate via emails on behalf of Line manager
