Job Description
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • * Identify, engage, and contract with new clients by developing relationships.
  • * Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • * Work within the targets set by the firm and setting goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.
  • * Research, plan and implement new target market initiatives.
  • * Pursue leads and communicate with them to convert them into clients.
  • * Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • * Delegate to subordinates in the department to meet the objectives of the department.
  • * Develop client materials such as profiles, sector-wise profiles, brochures, etc.
  • * Plan outreach programs for the year including during major festivals and events.
  • * Develop and maintain a sector-wise client list and generate mass email groups to disseminate publications of the firm.
  • * Post signing clients- assuring that the client is being surfaced (i.e. client care) and pursuing clients to offer further services of the firm.
  • * Develop outreach and public relationship programs through social media including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • * Develop annual plans for outreach programs locally (via local media) and digital platforms. The manager’s role will be limited to identifying the areas of most public interest with the maximum potential to the firm.
  • * Undertake communication with potential clients who contact the firm directly, via email, or by phone.
