Job Description

  1. Responsible for repair and maintenance or replace damaged office equipment with coordination with vendors
  2. Able to take responsibility in handling a company related tasks to be updated to governmental bodies example VAT status update etc.
  3. Traveling to different places within the valley and meeting different personnel for management and operation related tasks
  4. Scheduling and coordinating work to ensure that all tasks are completed on time to ensure efficient operation of the office
  5. Receive deliveries of tools, equipment and supplies and transfer them to work stations or other areas as dictated by management
  6. Updating executives regarding day-to-day expenses and planning the operation
  7. Collect information, support in documentation and the delivery of documents to the authorized offices
  8. Make necessary bank transactions required by finance and accounts department
  9. Perform any other duties as assigned
