Job Description

Ensure office maintenance, cleanliness, safety and security of employees on daily basis,
● Maintain fuel log book and vehicle repair and maintenance, updating it when the
expenses occur,
● Maintain monthly utility payment record, CUG SIM details, Letterheads and Memos in
specified folder,
● Keep track of vehicle tax and insurance and make sure it is paid on time,
● Manage the insurance documents (renewal by one week before expiry), contracts and
agreements with vendors and service providers,
● Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level,
anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies,
● Ensure guests are properly handled and ensure timely opening and closing of office,
● Record and renew all legal and official documents,
● Record details of coupon provided by Service in the specified folder,
● Handle expenses approval process by following procedures under expenses policy,
● Carry out Go down Audit every Month as per Go down Audit Policy,
● Maintain and update Fixed Assets record in specified format and folder,
● Record and File Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Marketing Requisition and
maintain logbook of the same,
● Any other tasks as required.
