1. Regular Update of books of accounts
2. Timely processing of refunds 
3. Preparation of Debit Note 
4. Analysis of payable ageing 
5. Update of vendor sheet on each purchase
6. Settlement of advances in books of accounts and notifying of pending advances to the concerned person and their line managers
7. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
8. Assist in internal and external audits 
9. Obtain confirmation from the parties for year end and final settlements
10. Preparation and filing of VAT and TDS returns 
11. Book closing and tax clearance
