Job Description
- Prepare GRN at the time of receiving import stock items through physical verification.
- Process cash payment for loading/unloading expenses by preparing labor-wise list (Name/Pan No/Qty/ rate/amount) and obtain acknowledgment of payment.
- Issue sales invoices matching sales order from HO.
- Prepare daily dispatch report and circulate to concern staffs
- Monthly reconcile transport vendors’ account and obtain balance confirmation before payment processing.
- Daily update purchase/sales VAT register as per PP and Sales invoices.
- Maintain daily cash register recording cash in and out flow.
- Prepare and submit physical verification of stock on quarterly basis.
